Powerset to demo at SF Beta

Filed under: Information Retrieval, Search — chucklam @ 1:35 pm

I just got this email from Powerset, the much hyped natural language search engine that’s still in stealth mode.

Dear Powerlabbers,

If you can’t wait for the release of Powerlabs in September and want to get a sneak peek at Powerset’s natural language search platform, Powerset will be doing a demo at SF Beta on July 24. SF Beta is held at the very chic 111 Minna Gallery in San Francisco, which has cool art on the walls, a full bar, and plenty of space for mingling and greeting. Powerset’s Director of Product, Dr. Scott Prevost, will be on hand to give a demo. Tickets are sold at a $5 discount before the event, so save a few dollars for another drink and get your tickets today. We hope to see you there!

What: Demo of Powerset at [SF Beta]
When: July 24 from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Where: 111 Minna Gallery in San Francisco, CA
How much: $10/$20 presale, $15/$25 at the door
How to RSVP: Purchase tickets online

Cheers!
Mark Johnson
Powerlabs Product Manager

I plan on going. Any reader who’ll be going too can let me know. Maybe we can meet up.
